Every gift is matched to the correct trip, team member, and donor, then recorded in ManagedMissions within seconds. Designed to work alongside any of our other ChMS integrations like Ministry Platform, Rock RMS, or Breeze, so your mission trip giving flows into ManagedMissions while your regular donations continue posting to your primary ChMS.

One-Click Trip Import
Import a mission trip from ManagedMissions with a single click. A parent fund and individual sub-funds for each team member are created automatically.
Automatic Donation Recording
Every gift to a trip fund is recorded in ManagedMissions within seconds via the Contribution API, routed to the correct trip and team member.
Smart Five-Step Donor Matching
Donors matched through a five-step process: previous link, name and email, last name and email, name and address, then auto-creation if no match is found.
Nightly Roster Synchronization
A 3:00 AM cron job syncs trip rosters, adding new members, updating names, and removing departed members while protecting active recurring donors.
Refund & Void Handling
Refunds create negative offset contributions linked to the original. Voids and cancellations soft-delete the contribution in ManagedMissions.
Recurring Gift Support
Monthly and weekly recurring gifts to trip funds are recorded automatically each billing cycle with the donor link carried forward.
