Donation User Guide

January 26th 2018 Online Giving

In this article, we'll overview making a donation with Online Giving from the donor's website.

Donation User Guide

Online Giving was designed to remove as many barriers as possible from the donation experience to reduce the number of form inputs and information a donor must digest prior to completing their act of generosity. Traditionally making a digital donation was a lengthy process often times requiring donors to complete a very long donation form that might resemble a mortgage application. Fortunately gone are the days of lengthy donation forms, login and registration pages as Online Giving streamlines the entire donor experience making giving enjoyable again.

Using gentle persistence Online Giving promotes sign-in and recurring giving which becomes a lifeline to churches during low attendance months. From day one our donation platform has provided tokenized Amazon style payments with donors only having to enter their payment and address information once (on their first gift). Repeat (2nd+) donors are amazed at the speed and ease of use for making (one-time or recurring) donations as their payment information and address information is saved.

Online Giving is the industry leader in giving technologies offering the most amount of giving methods including website giving, mobile giving, tablet giving, swiped kiosk giving, text message giving, native mobile application giving, Facebook Messenger (chatbot) giving and website assistant (chatbot) giving. We're always researching new ways for donors to easily give using the latest technologies that are beneficial to both the church and the donor. Additionally, our software platform is continually improving based on customer and donor feedback. We are proud to be the industry leader in all things giving for Christian Churches.

More than just a giving service, Online Giving is a full-featured giving platform. A giving platform is an entire suite of fully managed donation products and features dedicated to all things giving. Why trust your digital giving to anyone who doesn't fully focus on giving 24/7/365? Our knowledgeable IT developers and support staff live, breathe and sleep digital giving. Providing the highest quality donation software is how we serve His Kingdom to better the Church.
