How to Update Funds/Sub-Funds with One Church Software Funds

Once the integration is active, follow these steps to sync your funds with One Church Software:

1. Login to your Online Giving control panel.
2. Click on Funds from the left navigation menu.
3. Click the Gear icon next to the fund you wish to manage.
4. Select Edit Fund from the drop-down menu.
5. Choose the corresponding One Church Software Designation from the drop-down menu.
6. Click Save to confirm your changes.

Automatic Donation Recording with One Church Software

When a donation is approved, Online Giving queues the transaction for automatic recording into One Church Software. If a donation fails to record after multiple retries over a 12-hour period, you can manually push it into One Church Software (OCS).

How to View One Church Software Donation ID for Transactions:

1. Login to the control panel.
2. Click on Donations from the left navigation menu.
3. Filter donations as needed.
4. Click on the donation row to view details.
5. The One Church Software Donation ID will appear in the bottom right.

How to Manually Trigger Donation Recording:

1. Login to the control panel.
2. Click on Donations from the left navigation menu.
3. Filter donations as needed.
4. Click the donation row to view details.
5. Select the "Retry Recording" button to manually record the transaction.

4. Select "OCS Recorded Contributions" from the drop-down.

Is address and phone information recorded into One Church Software (OCS)?

Yes, both address and phone information is recorded into One Church Software. By default OnlineGiving.org's One Church Software integration is designed to only record Google Map verified address information ensuring your OCS verified address standard is kept. Additionally, OnlineGiving.org is designed by default to only fill in an address if it's missing from One Church Software. Church's may enable an optional feature to allow address updating into One Church Software if an existing address is present (additional address is inserted along side existing). Phone number sync works similar adding new mobile phones in addition to the existing phone numbers.

Do you support both One Church Software personal and business contributions?

Yes, both personal and business contributions are supported by default automatically.

How do I view One Church Software Donation IDs in Online Giving?
