How to Update Funds/Sub-Funds with One Church Software Funds

  2. Click on Funds from the left navigation menu.

  4. Select Edit Fund from the drop-down menu.

When a donation is approved, Online Giving queues the transaction for automatic recording into One Church Software. If a donation fails to record after multiple retries over a 12-hour period, you can manually push it into One Church Software (OCS).

How to View One Church Software Donation ID for Transactions:

  1. Login to the control panel.
  2. Click on Donations from the left navigation menu.
  3. Filter donations as needed.
  4. Click on the donation row to view details.
  5. The One Church Software Donation ID will appear in the bottom right.

  1. Login to the control panel.
  2. Click on Donations from the left navigation menu.
  3. Filter donations as needed.
  4. Click the donation row to view details.
  5. Select the "Retry Recording" button to manually record the transaction.

Church's may enable an optional feature to allow address updating into One Church Software if an existing address is present (additional address is inserted along side existing). Phone number sync works similar adding new mobile phones in addition to the existing phone numbers.

Yes, both personal and business contributions are supported by default automatically.
