Please note the billing in this section is for Online Giving monthly software plan fee. For merchant processing billing please visit your gateway control panel or "payouts" button for pay-as-you-go plans.

How to Log In to Billing


Each account is assigned a login to access Online Giving monthly software billing information separate from their giving website control panel. Church administrators may use the login credentials sent in our welcome email to access the billing control panel. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you cannot locate or have forgotten your password for your account login. We are always happy to help. Below you will find directions on how to log in to account billing.

  1. Navigate to billing login page by clicking here
  2. Enter username and password
  3. Click "Sign In" button

How to Update Billing Payment Information


  1. Navigate to billing login page by clicking here
  2. Enter username and password
  3. Click "Sign In" button
  4. Enter new payment information under "Update Payment Information" section
  5. Click "Save Payment Information" button to update account
