OnlineGiving.org Giving Statements > Print Options Enhanced with Control Over Number of Transaction Rows Before Page Breaks
We're pleased to report an update is now live to the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Giving Statements > Print Statements feature to allow a church administrator control over the number of rows of transactions that should be displayed on the first transaction page before a transaction page break. Additionally, a church administrator may control how many transaction rows are displayed on the second plus transaction page before a page break. The two features combined allow extreme flexibility over controlling how many transactions fit per page depending on the layout and content of the church statement letter and paper type.
OnlineGiving.org MinistryPlatform Pledge Caching Updated
An update is now live, replacing the "api_OGCC_GetPledgeCampainsWithPledges" MP SQL Procedure that has no limit with a custom MP REST API query that limits pledges to a max of 5,000. The updated query includes only active pledges and pledge campaigns with a blank end date or an end date within the last two years. Additionally, pledge campaign options are sorted by Pledge Campaign Start Date and Campaign Name to ensure the most recent campaigns are included. The churches require no action, and no changes in the handling of pledge importing or syncing will happen. The update is primarily to smartly limit the number of pledges and pledge campaigns for those MP systems with massive numbers of pledges.
OnlineGiving.org Giving Statements > Print Options Now Automatically Saved
We're pleased to report an update is now live to the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Giving Statements > Print Statements feature to allow the printing preferences for statements and statement labels to be automatically saved when the print preview is refreshed. The feature allows church printing preferences to be remembered for future print jobs.
