NEW Partial Keyword Search for User Lookup: OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Batch > Quick Entry > User Search

We're excited to introduce partial keyword search in the User Search feature under Batch > Quick Entry. This update makes it easier to find user records by allowing searches with incomplete information. This update saves time and simplifies user lookup by removing the need for exact matches.

Supported Search Keyword Formats for Quick Entry User Search:

• Organization Name
• Last Name, First Name
• Last Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Email

Key Improvements:

• Partial Matches: Enter part of a name, address, or email to find matching results.
• Case Insensitive: Searches ignore capitalization for added convenience.
