Enhanced Duplicate Detection for OnlineGiving.org Salesforce Integration
The OnlineGiving.org Salesforce integration now supports Salesforce's native fuzzy match duplicate detection. If Salesforce flags a duplicate during the creation of an organization (Account) or contact, our integration will automatically apply Salesforce's suggested match to the donor's profile. This update enhances our already advanced multi-factor matching algorithm, ensuring better compatibility with Salesforce's duplicate-checking features and reducing manual effort while maintaining clean and accurate donor data.
Enhanced OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS Single Sign-On Integration
Since 2015, OnlineGiving.org has supported a custom single sign-on (SSO) into Rock RMS via its plugin. Recently, with the release of Rock RMS's native inbound SSO capabilities in 2023-2024, we further enhanced our platform to integrate seamlessly with this new feature when applicable.
In today's update, the Rock RMS native inbound SSO becomes the primary method for accessing Rock RMS through the OnlineGiving.org plugin. As a fallback, the OnlineGiving.org inbound SSO remains available to ensure continuity. Previously, configuration of the OnlineGiving.org inbound SSO was mandatory; however, this update eliminates that requirement by automatically defaulting to Rock RMS’s native SSO if available.
