MinistryPlatform Invoice Payment Email Receipt Updated
An update is now live that automatically displays the MP Invoice ID instead of the fund/sub-fund in the email receipt for MinistryPlatform Invoice payments. The updated goal is to avoid confusion with displaying the internal fund/sub-fund naming and instead display the associated MP Invoice ID for the payment. Kindly note this update is now live for all MP churches. Moving forward, all MP Invoice Payment email receipts will have to use MP Invoice ID format.
Mobile Application > Auto-Matching Triggered for New App Users when Accessing My Groups Feature
An update is now live for MinistryPlatform churches using the OnlineGiving.org Mobile Application to trigger automatic MP matching when a new mobile app user accesses the MP My Groups feature. It's important to note that the auto-matching is only triggered if the user is not already matched. Additionally, the software will still wait to create any new individual in MP until action is available, requiring recording, form submission, transaction, or similar.
Mobile Application > Ability to Change MinistryPlatform Filter by Campus (Congregation) Sort Order
An update is now live that allows the church to customize the MinistryPlatform filter by campus (congregation) display order in the OnlineGiving.org mobile application. The default sort order for campuses is by Congregation Name. Church administrators may now optionally reach out to support@onlinegiving.org to change the default congregation sort order. Please note this feature is optional and disabled by default.
