Custom From & Chatbot MinistryPlatform Create Pledge will Now Trigger Campaign Fund Sync.
An update is now live for MinistryPlatform churches using either the OnlineGiving.org Chatbot or OnlineGiving.org Custom Forms for pledge creation. When a new pledge is created, OnlineGiving.org will automatically update (sync) any associated pledge campaign funds/sub-funds. The update aims to allow the new pledge to be synced as a sub-fund under the existing pledge campaign shortly after the pledge is created. For example, this allows churches to send an email as part of the chatbot or custom-form submission with a link to the pledge campaign giving form and the newly created pledge to be automatically added to that page within a few minutes after submission.
