Donation Reports Hub: A Smarter Way to See Generosity

The Donation Reports Hub brings clarity, confidence, and insight to giving data—without the complexity. It unifies every donation report into a single, thoughtfully designed experience that helps leaders quickly understand what’s happening, what’s changing, and what’s coming next.

With powerful new dashboards, forward-looking forecasts, and AI-generated executive summaries, the Reports Hub transforms raw data into meaningful insight. Whether preparing for a board meeting, reviewing weekly trends, or planning for the year ahead, leaders can move faster from numbers to action.

This release introduces the new Generosity Snapshot, along with expanded reporting depth, smarter date controls, and consistent, executive-ready exports across all reports.

Historical Reports

Generosity Snapshot (NEW)
High-level giving health dashboard with year-over-year comparisons across weekly, monthly, and YTD views. Includes a pastoral health score, giver lifecycle analysis (first-time, returning, lapsed, upgraded), payment-method mix, fund distribution, and an AI-generated executive summary. Supports focused review modes: Current, Last Week, or Annual Review.

Donation Report
Executive-ready summary of total giving with fund and gift-source breakdowns, donor activity insights, and one-time vs. recurring comparisons. Includes AI executive summary and print/PDF export.

Donor Report (BETA)
List of donors active in the selected date range with sortable totals, transaction counts, recurring indicators, and last-gift activity. Maximum range: 365 days.

Fund Report
Fund-level performance including approved, declined, and refunded totals; sub-fund rollups; gift-source mix; and active recurring and pledged totals by frequency. Includes executive summary PDF.

Growth Report
Multi-year growth trends comparing donation volume and transaction counts across all available years, with YTD vs. full-year analysis and AI executive summary.

ChMS Donation Metrics
Available when Metrics is enabled. Uses synced ChMS data for payment-type distribution and engagement insights. Maximum range: 31 days.

Forecast Reports

Recurring Forecast
Forward-looking projection based on active recurring schedules, including projected revenue, donor count, donation count, and fund-level forecasts with cumulative totals. Includes AI forecast summary.

Recurring Fund Report
Recurring giving health by fund and sub-fund, showing active vs. canceled totals, frequency distribution, and pledged installment visibility. Includes AI executive summary and PDF export.
