NEW: Optional Payment History Feature
We are excited to announce the release of a new optional Payment History feature for OnlineGiving.org! This feature is now available and can be enabled upon request by contacting support@onlinegiving.org.
What Does This Feature Do?
Once enabled, a new "Payment History" option will appear in the "Your Account" dropdown menu on OnlineGiving.org. This feature provides users with a history of payment transactions processed through OnlineGiving.org.
Key Points to Note:
- Distinct from Shopping Cart (E-Commerce) Order History: Please note this feature does not replace the OnlineGiving.org Shopping Cart (E-Commerce) order history which is visible for church's using OnlineGiving.org's Shopping Cart.
- Recommended for Churches Accepting Payments Through OnlineGiving.org: This is a valuable tool for churches that process payments for event registrations, facility rentals, tuition, or other non-donation transactions.
- Not Recommended for MP Churches Using Only MP Invoices: If your church relies exclusively on MP Invoices for payments, we recommend continuing to use the "My Invoices" feature instead (enabled by default), as it provides a complete history of all MP Invoice payments.
