Rock RMS Home Address Updating & Profile Linking Updates
We're pleased to announce an update is now live that enhances the OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS integration. OnlineGiving.org will now automatically import and save the Rock RMS person's home address when a single sign-on (SSO) is used for authentication. This update aims to allow automatic home address importing/updating from Rock into OnlineGiving.org for Rock churches using embedded giving. When any Rock RMS embedded giving page is loaded, the platform will now automatically import/update the home address from Rock into OnlineGiving.org.
Additionally, we've updated the Giving Profile page to display an "Update Address" button that redirects to the Rock RMS "My Account" page instead of allowing the donor to enter an address directly from the Giving Profile page. The new button's goal is to force all address updates to be processed from the Rock RMS "My Account" page. The combination of the two features ensures Rock always has the latest home address and that address updates are always performed from within Rock RMS "My Account" for existing donors. Please note this update is globally applied to all Rock RMS enabled churches. The church requires no action to enable this feature.
