Update Overview
OnlineGiving.org has updated the Export ShelbyNext Deposits CSV feature in the Financial Batches > Export > Export ShelbyNext Deposits CSV option to provide more detailed reporting.
Previous Behavior
- The ShelbyNext Deposits CSV export included a single summary row per batch.
- The total amount for the batch was not broken down by FundNumber, requiring additional manual processing.
New Behavior
- The export now groups summary rows by batch and splits them by FundNumber.
- Each batch will include multiple summary rows, with each row containing the total amount for that batch per FundNumber.
Key Benefits
- Improved Reporting Accuracy: Each fund's allocation within a batch is clearly separated.
- Easier Reconciliation: The exported data aligns more closely with fund-level records in ShelbyNext.
- Reduced Manual Processing: No need to manually separate fund totals after exporting.
