Feature Updates 02/20/2024
NEW OnlineGiving.org > Control Panel > User Profile > Activity > Experimental Page View History
We are pleased to announce the availability of a new experimental feature in the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel. This feature enables church administrators to access the page view history of a user through the Activity Tab filters. We understand that having a granular history of user activity is critical for investigative purposes, and this experimental feature aims to provide just that.
It is important to note that the "page views" are not displayed by default due to performance considerations. However, administrators can access the feature by clicking on the blue "Filters" button on the top right and selecting the "Page Views" option.
We believe that this new feature will be beneficial to our church administrators and the OnlineGiving.org support team alike. It is an experimental feature, and we are hopeful that it will meet the needs of our users.

NEW OnlineGiving.org > Control Panel > User Profile > Activity Enhancements
We are pleased to inform you that an update has been made to the User Profile Activity feature on the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel. This update includes a number of enhancements, such as the display of User Audit Log events in the activity feature. Church administrators can now modify the activity date range, which is set to the last 1 month by default. Additionally, they can use the optional filtering feature to narrow down the search by activity type. Please refer to the attached screenshot for a more detailed view of the updated User Profile Activity feature. We would like to inform you that the User Profile Activity is currently limited to displaying up to 1,000 events per activity type. This limit is in place to ensure that all customers can benefit from this new feature.
