New Update: International Administrator Access Request Feature
We’re excited to announce a new feature that allows church financial administrators to request access for international network connections to the OnlineGiving.org control panel.
How It Works:
If a financial administrator working internationally requires access to the control panel, the church can submit a request to support@onlinegiving.org to allow clean international network connections.
What Qualifies as a Clean International Network?
A clean international IP refers to a business, residential, or wireless network connection that has no history of abuse, fraud, or security risk.
Important Guidelines:
- This feature only applies to the OnlineGiving.org control panel and is exclusively for church financial administrators who require international access.
- The network must be a regular connection and not routed through a VPN, proxy, TOR, or similar service.
- Once approved, only connections from verified clean international networks will be granted access.
Please Note: This update does not affect donors or donations. International donations are allowed and will continue to be processed as usual, subject to their own risk rules and security checks.
