Enhanced Raiser’s Edge CSV Export Now Available in the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel
We’re excited to announce an update to the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel that enhances the Raiser’s Edge CSV Spreadsheet Export. This update introduces additional user profile external identifiers as new columns in the exported CSV file.
Newly Added Columns & Identifiers:
- f1_id – FellowshipOne Individual or Household ID
- mp_id – MinistryPlatform User ID
- rockrms_id – RockRMS Person ID
- pco_id – PlanningCenter ID
- aplos_id – Aplos ID
- aegis_id – Aegis ID
- bvcms_id – TouchPoint ID
- acs_env_id – External ID for ACS
These new columns are in addition to the existing columns in the spreadsheet and have been added to assist churches using the Raiser’s Edge export for various supported OnlineGiving.org integrated Church Management System (ChMS) providers.
To access the enhanced export, navigate to:Control Panel > Transactions (Donations or Payments) > Raiser’s Edge CSV Export

Enhanced Campus Matching for OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS Integration
We’re excited to announce an update to the OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS integration, enhancing the campus matching process for improved accuracy and flexibility.
What’s New?
This update improves the way OnlineGiving.org campus funds are matched to Rock RMS campuses by removing the keyword “Campus” during the matching process. This applies to both the OnlineGiving.org campus fund name and the Rock RMS campus name, ensuring a more seamless connection between the two.
Why This Matters
Many churches using Rock RMS name their OnlineGiving.org campus-specific funds with the word “Campus,” but do not include “Campus” in the actual Rock RMS campus name. Previously, campus matching required an exact name match, leading to discrepancies when the names were structured differently.
With this update, funds and campuses will now match more intuitively, reducing manual adjustments and ensuring a smoother giving experience.
Example of Improved Matching
- A campus fund named "Myrtle Beach Campus" in OnlineGiving.org will now successfully match with a campus named "Myrtle Beach" in Rock RMS (and vice versa).
This improvement eliminates the need for manual corrections and ensures a more efficient and accurate integration.
