BreezeChMS Batch Numbering Update (Appended)
It now modifies the BreezeChMS batch number format from "mmddyyyy01" to "10yyyymmdd" based on additional feedback and appended updates. This update aims to allow the latest batch to display first in the BreezeChMS control panel. The latest batch numbering format will go into effect on 3/11/2021. We should also note that churches may also change the Breeze of batches' default sort to sort by batch creation date by clicking the "Batch Opened" column header in the Breeze control panel.

We're pleased to report an update is now live to the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Chatbot Builder that enhances the ChMS data caching required for building integrated Chatbot Actions. Before the update, the platform cached the required ChMS data per session upon the first builder page load. For churches with vast amounts of ChMS data, the initial session page load experience could take up to 30-60 seconds while the information was being cached and for the builder to be displayed.
The enhancement moves the ChMS caching to the background and is triggered by the control panel sign-in. Moving forward, anytime a church administrator signs into the OnlineGiving.org control panel, the required chatbot builder ChMS data will be cached in the background. The result is by the time the administrator accesses the Chatbot builder; the ChMS data is already cached and ready to be displayed.
Additionally, we optimized certain MinistryPlatform Chatbot Actions that caused delays in loading due to the large amount of information that required processing. The result is a 3/4 processing time reduction for large MinistryPlatform churches using 10+ integration actions.
