The new feature aims to allow a church stewardship pastor or similar to obtain email notifications of recurring schedules actively being increased by donors. We're pleased to report that church administrators may set up an event trigger notification for recurring gift modifications with recurring gift type (frequency) changes. The update aims to allow church stewardship pastors or similar to obtain email notifications of recurring schedule frequency changes, including specific changes such as weekly to monthly or vice versa. Please see below for a preview of the new feature.

We're pleased to report church administrators may now set up an event trigger notification for recurring gift modifications that decrease by a church provided percentage! The new feature aims to allow a church stewardship pastor or similar to obtain email notifications of recurring schedules actively being decreased by donors. This allows stewardship pastors to get notifications of donor recurring slippage. Please see below for a preview of the new feature.
NEW OnlineGiving.org Will Now Track Change History for Recurring Schedules
We're pleased to report an update that is now live that enhances OnlineGiving.org recurring schedules to allow tracking of schedule changes. Moving forward, if the donor changes the recurring schedule or on behalf of the donor by a church admin, those changes are tracked. Church administrators may now view recurring schedule changes in the OnlineGiving.org control panel by clicking the "View Change History" option (see image below). The goal of the new tracking is to allow church administrators to dig deep into donor recurring schedule changes for investigative purposes to track needs or slippage. Additionally, tracking will be used to allow event triggers on changes performed.
OnlineGiving.org Change History Display for Transactions Enhanced
We're pleased to report an update is now live that enhances the display for transaction change history in the OnlineGiving.org control panel. The update adds better readability for the attributes changed and allows the administrator clickable actions for viewing the user who performed the action, the IP information, and more. See below for a preview of the update.
