NEW Optional Person Name Import/Updating from Rock RMS into OnlineGiving.org
We're pleased to announce a new optional feature is now available for OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS churches. The new feature can be enabled to allow OnlineGiving.org to import/update the Rock Person's first/last name into the associated OnlineGiving.org user profile. Please note this feature works alongside the import/update email feature (which is enabled by default). The update once enabled, is triggered by any Rock RMS single sign-on into OnlineGiving.org, login into OnlineGiving.org with Rock RMS username/password, or after a donation transaction is recorded from a recurring schedule. Please reach out to support@onlinegiving.org if you are a Rock RMS church and would like the new feature enabled.
