With this new integration, OnlineGiving.org now works seamlessly with One Church Software to help churches automate their giving workflows and maintain up-to-date contribution records.
What’s New
The OnlineGiving.org and One Church Software integration provides churches with a complete, automated donation management solution. Approved donations are matched, recorded, and categorized automatically in One Church Software, eliminating the need for manual entry and reducing the potential for errors.
Key Features
Automatic Donor Matching
Donors are automatically identified and matched based on name, email, and address. Once matched, the donor’s profile is saved for future use, streamlining repeat contributions.
Real-Time Donation Recording
All approved donations are automatically recorded in One Church Software. Failed transactions are retried over a 12-hour period, and manual sync is available if needed.
Check Scanning (Enabled by Default)
Scanned checks are automatically recorded and matched to donor profiles, simplifying check processing and recordkeeping.
Quick Entry for Cash and Checks (Enabled by Default)
Easily enter batches of paper gifts—cash or checks—using Quick Entry, and have them automatically synced to One Church Software.
Cover-the-Fee Global Designation (Optional)
If enabled, this feature assigns all cover-the-fee portions of gifts to a designated fund within One Church Software for better tracking and clarity.
Fund Mapping Made Easy
Users can sync and map their OnlineGiving.org funds to specific designations in One Church Software through the Online Giving dashboard. These mappings can be updated anytime.
Data Integrity Features

Only Google Map–verified addresses are recorded to ensure quality and consistency in donor profiles.

Phone numbers are added without overwriting existing information, keeping your communication data intact.
Automatic Batching Support
Donations are batched automatically by date and payment method, with support for Check Scan and Quick Entry batch types included by default.
