*NEW* OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Users & Donors Metrics "Days Since Last Approved Transaction" & "Average Days Between Approved Transactions"
We're pleased to announce an update that is now live that enhances OnlineGiving.org Users & Donors with two new metrics called "Days Since Last Approved Transaction" and "Average Days Between Approved Transactions". Church administrators will now the two new quick stats when viewing users and donors in the OnlineGiving.org control panel. The "Days Since Last Approved Transaction" is the number of days from today since the last approved transaction for the donors. Additionally, "Average Days Between Approved Transactions" is the rolling average number of days between the last 10 approved donor transactions. The update's goal is to provide church administrators with a quick snapshot of donor health.

*NEW* OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Users & Donors > Filter by Donors at Risk
We're pleased to report an update is now live on the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Users & Donors Filters that allows church administrators to quickly filter "at-risk" donors. A donor is considered "at-risk" if the number of days since their last approved transaction exceeds the average number of days between their last 10 approved transactions and the total number of days since their last transaction is greater than 60. Church administrators may now quickly filter by "Donors At Risk" from the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Users & Donors > Quick Filters dropdown menu on the top right of the page.
*NEW* OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Users & Donors > Filter by Donors who Have Not Completed a Transaction within Last (X) Number of Days
We're pleased to report an update is now live on the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Users & Donors Filters that allows church administrators to quickly filter donors who have not completed a donation within the last 30, 45, 60, or 90 days. Church administrators may now quickly access the new filters from the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Users & Donors > Quick Filters dropdown menu on the top right of the page.

Church administrators may now quickly access the new filters from the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Users & Donors > Quick Filters dropdown menu on the top right of the page.
