NEW OnlineGiving.org Special URL Parameters for Auto Selecting MP Campaign and/or MP Pledge on Custom Giving Page
We're pleased to report an update is now live that enhances OnlineGiving.org custom giving pages used for MP Pledge Campaigns to allow two new optional special URL parameters that church website developers may use to auto-select a campaign fund and/or pledge participant sub-fund. The goal of the feature enhancements to assist church website developers who have special church website mission trip pages and would like an easy way to link out to an OnlineGiving.org Mission Trip custom giving page with the MP Campain ID and/or MP Pledge ID and for those fund/sub-funds to be auto-selected.
It's important to note the new feature does require the mission trip campaign funds to exist inside of OnlineGiving.org and to be associated with the custom giving page. Fortunately, this process is easy with OnlineGiving.org import pledge campaign wizard and, optionally, our automatic daily syncing of MP pledge campaign features.
New URL Parameters:
- mp_pledge_id (the MP Pledge ID to auto-select)
- mp_campaign_id (the MP Campaign ID to auto-select)
Important Notes:
- The campaign funds/sub-funds must already exist in OnlineGiving.org and be associated with the custom giving page for the auto-select to function.
- You may use the URL parameters individually or combined (see examples below)

NEW OnlineGiving.org Custom Form MinistryPlatform Record Event Metric Action
We're pleased to report an update is now live that enhances the OnlineGiving.org custom form builder with a new "Add New MP Event Metric" integration action. The new integration action allows church administrators to optionally/conditionally record MinistryPlatform event metrics from an OnlineGiving.org custom form submission. The metric allows the church administrator to select the MP Event, MP Metric, MP Group (optional) and MP Numerical Value. The numerical value is specially designed to allow form questions to be used as the value, which allows the form submission to record an answer to a question as the metric value.

We're pleased to report an update is now live that enhances the OnlineGiving.org custom chatbot with a new "Add New MP Event Metric" integration action. The new integration action allows church administrators to optionally/conditionally record MinistryPlatform event metrics from an OnlineGiving.org chatbot conversation. The metric allows the church administrator to select the MP Event, MP Metric, MP Group (optional) and MP Numerical Value. The numerical value is designed to allow chatbot questions (params) to be used as the value, allowing the chatbot to record an answer to a question as the metric value.
