OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Send Mass Text > Edit Active Recurring Schedule
An update is now live, allowing church administrators to update an active recurring mass text message in the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Send Mass Text > Edit Active Recurring Schedule feature. Before the update, the message content was locked after the scheduled mass text message. Moving forward, updates may be applied to active recurring messages. Anytime a message is updated, the updated message will be used for any future scheduled messages.
It's important to note messages are queued for delivery around the time of the next scheduled date/time. A copy of the message content in the active text message schedule is placed into the queue when a message is queued. For this reason, updating an active recurring message will only affect messages scheduled for future delivery. e.g., since same-day or prior messages have already been delivered or queued for delivery.
