Redesigned Payment & Checkout Display Now Live
We’ve launched a refreshed Payment & Checkout Detail Display in the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel, designed to help church administrators view and manage transactions more efficiently.
What’s New
1. Cleaner Donor & Transaction Overview
Donor contact info is now displayed alongside transaction details in a clearer, more structured format.
2. Visual Payment Method Cards
Color-coded cards make it easy to distinguish between ACH, credit card, check, and cash payments. Status badges and key details (bank name, account type, masked number) are now more prominent.
Improved for Readability
The following sections were redesigned for better clarity and visual appeal:

Includes itemized charges, sales tax breakdown, timestamps, and transaction IDs—all presented in a more legible format.
4. Fulfillment Details
Shipping status, delivery method, and contact info are now easier to scan and understand at a glance.
5. KYC & Network Info
IP address and location details are more clearly grouped to aid verification.
6. Gateway & Approval Data
Transaction source, approval status, fee coverage, and gateway response are now easier to review.
