New OnlineGiving.org Update Email from Rock RMS for Scheduled Recurring Transactions
We're pleased to announce the OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS integration has been enhanced with a feature to automatically update the email address in OnlineGiving.org from Rock RMS when a recurring donation is processed and recorded into Rock RMS. The update's goal is to allow for email changes in Rock RMS to get imported into OnlineGiving.org for donors who have a recurring setup and have no need to login to OnlineGiving.org. When a scheduled recurring donation is completed, the OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS integration will check the Rock RMS Person profile for email changes and automatically update the OnlineGiving.org donor profile email as needed. No action is required by church administrators as the feature is now live for all OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS churches.
