NEW OnlineGiving.org SalesForce Nonprofit Service Pack Integration
We're pleased to announce that our latest ChMS integration with SalesForce Nonprofit Service Pack is live. OnlineGiving.org now provides direct API integration with SalesForce for automatic donor matching and donation recording. The integration requires the church to use SalesForce with the Nonprofit Service Pack, creating an emulated ChMS lightning application in SalesForce. Almost all non-profits using SalesForce should already have the Nonprofit Service Pack (NPSP) installed, as it is offered free of charge by SalesForce to all qualifying non-profits. If you are unsure if your non-profit has the NPSP installed, please contact your SalesForce support agent directly to inquire.
The OnlineGiving.org SalesForce integration is extensive and includes donation recording for cash, paper check, scanned checks, card, and ACH donations. The integration includes full support for recording donations for both organizations and individuals. Each donation recording is a complete record, including the donation details, fund allocations, proper organization or individual matches, and payment records. Additionally, we took it a step further with full refund, ACH rejection, and scanned check rejection support!
