NEW OnlineGiving.org Planning Center Integration > Mobile Phone Now Synced to Planning Center Person Profile
We have recently launched an update for the OnlineGiving.org Planning Center integration. This update will automatically include the mobile phone number from the OnlineGiving.org donor profile into Planning Center as a non-primary mobile phone after a gift is completed. Moreover, when new profiles are created in Planning Center, the mobile phone number will also be added to the new Planning Center profile. It's important to note that the update will first check the Planning Center profile. If the number is already located on the profile, no action will be taken. Additionally, the update will not remove or overwrite any existing phone numbers in Planning Center. Instead, it is designed only to add to the Planning Center profile if the number is not already present, and it will be added as a non-primary mobile phone number. This process ensures that any existing numbers on the Planning Center profile are left unchanged, and the primary number is never altered.
