NEW OnlineGiving.org > Ability to BCC on Scheduled Payments Decline Emails
An update is live that allows a church to choose to be BCC'd on scheduled payment decline email notifications. To take advantage of the feature, churches may reach out to support@onlinegiving.org with a list of (one or more) emails that should be BCC'd on payment decline emails.
