We’re excited to announce a major upgrade to the Giving History experience, now live across all devices. This update delivers improved navigation, greater clarity, and responsive performance — designed to serve both high-volume givers and first-time donors.
Smart Auto-Themed Interface
The new Giving History design automatically applies your organization’s color theme for a consistent branded experience across web and mobile. Whether on a desktop or phone, the interface aligns seamlessly with your church's visual identity.
Refined Filters and Search Tools
A full set of filters has been added to help users locate and analyze their giving activity:

Date Range Selector: Choose any custom time period using intuitive calendar pickers.

Quick Year Tabs: Instantly filter by 2023, 2024, or 2025.

Fund Name Input: Type any part of a fund name to search within specific categories.

Amount Field: Locate transactions that match a specific donation value.

Real-Time Giving Summary
The top of the page now highlights key annual giving data at a glance:

Total Giving Amount: Displays the sum of all donations for the selected period.

Transaction Count: Indicates how many individual gifts were made.

Timeframe Summary: Updates dynamically based on filters to reflect the selected giving window.
This helps donors quickly understand their overall impact.
Detailed Donation Cards
Every gift record includes:

Giving Method, including masked card or ACH identifiers for clarity
Details are neatly grouped to build trust and ensure complete transparency for each contribution.
Smart State for New Givers
If a user hasn’t made a gift yet, the page will guide them with a clear "No history found" message and a call-to-action to "Make Your First Donation." This helps new givers feel welcomed and ready to participate.
