New View Custom Form Submission Display in OnlineGiving.org Control Panel
We're pleased to announce a new custom form submission display is now available in the OnlineGiving.org control panel. The new feature displays additional information about the customs form submission including any integration action information. Additionally, the new feature gives church administrators the ability to replay custom form integration actions. Kindly see below for a preview of the new view form submission page.

New Ability to Trigger Manual Replay of Chatbot Conversation Actions in OnlineGiving.org Control Panel
An update is now live that gives church administrators the ability to manually reply to one or more Chatbot Conversation Actions from the OnlineGiving.org control panel. The goal of the feature is to allow a church administrator a simple method of replaying an integration action on the chatbot conversation data should the task/action need to be performed again for any reason. Kindly see below for a preview of the new replay button location on the view conversation page.
