New OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Chatbot Rock RMS Add Person to Group Enhanced to Work with All Rock Group Types
We're pleased to announce we've enhanced OnlineGiving.org Control Panel chatbot builder Rock RMS "Add Person to Group" integration action has been enhanced to allow a church administrator to use any type of Rock RMS group. The feature will now dynamically fetch the Rock RMS group and display the group's specific roles in a dropdown menu to support all group types. Before the update, only Small Groups were supported by the integration action.

New OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Donations Chart Now Shows 2 Previous Years for Comparison
We're pleased to announce we've enhanced OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Donations chart to automatically display the last two years of totals for comparison purposes. The previous years are charted as lines behind the current year's bars. Additionally, when hovering over the chart, OnlineGiving.org will now display the comparison totals under the current totals. For your convenience, we've included a preview of the update below.

New OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Donations Chart Forecasting
We're pleased to announce we've enhanced OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Donations chart to automatically display donation forecasting for the upcoming three months or the end of the year (whichever comes first). Please note forecasting is available as a courtesy beta feature for churches that have been OnlineGiving.org customers for multiple years. Forecasting is based on year-to-date growth over the previous year at a 90% value ratio. OnlineGiving.org's current beta forecasting will project using the YTD growth ratio (at a 90% value) and multiplying that by the previous weekly totals for the weeks upcoming in the current year.
The forecast is for the next three months or the end of the year (whichever comes first). However, church administrators may adjust the date range to Jan 1st - Dec 31st of the current year to extend the projection (not recommended since the YTD growth ratio can change daily). We are hopeful the new feature will allow church finance administrators an easy-to-use visual glance into what may be possible for the upcoming months of digital giving at OnlineGiving.org.
The OnlineGiving.org forecasting feature is available to all OnlineGiving.org multi-year customers free of charge. Please note that the OnlineGiving.org forecasting feature is in no way a guarantee of upcoming volume. It should instead be used as a rough projection. All church financial projections used for real planning or budgeting purposes should be calculated by the church directly and not from the OnlineGiving.org forecast model. The OnlineGiving.org forecast model may change without notice. As with any financial transactional scenario, please do your own diligence with budgeting and planning.
