NEW OnlineGiving.org > Control Panel > Chatbot Builder > Conditionally Ask Questions based on if the Phone Number Exists or Does Not Exist in Marketing Phone List
We're pleased to announce an update is now live that enhances the OnlineGiving.org > Control Panel > Chatbot Builder to include a new conditional option for parameters (questions) which allows the question to be asked if a phone number exists (or does not exist) in an OnlineGiving.org text marketing phone number list. The enhancement aims to allow church administrators to build chatbots to conditionally ask users to subscribe to a phone number marketing list if they are not already on the list. Additionally, the vise versa for an unsubscribe option from a list. Please see below for a preview of the new chatbot conditional parameter feature.
