OnlineGiving.org MinistryPlatform Payment Check-Up Feature Enhanced to Detect MP/ACS New Invoice with Payment Use-Case Scenario
We're excited to announce that we've updated the OnlineGiving.org MinistryPlatform payment check-up feature to make it even more efficient and helpful for our OnlineGiving.org MP churches. This feature is designed to ensure that MP Widget Payments are accurately recorded by MP, reducing the workload for MP church administrators.
The update includes enhancements to the feature, addressing a specific scenario where a new MP Invoice is created, payment is applied to the new invoice, and the old MP Invoice is canceled by MP Widgetds. Our MP check-up feature will now detect and verify this scenario, making sure that the payment is successfully recorded.
In cases where a payment is not associated with a matching invoice, our feature will notify our support team for a manual review. We're committed to providing excellent support to our MP churches, and it's our pleasure to help streamline the MP Widget Payment recording process.
