NEW Optional "From Email Name" Feature for OnlineGiving.org Customers
We are pleased to share that churches now have the option to reach out to support@onlinegiving.org to request a custom "From Email Name" for their account settings. Once implemented, this custom "From Email Name" will add a personalized touch to the "noreply" email notifications received by church admins and donors in their email clients. It's important to note that OnlineGiving.org's transaction email system has been continually refined over the last decade to maintain an excellent email delivery reputation with major providers. While churches are welcome to customize the "From Email Name," it's important to consider that this may impact email deliverability if the recipient's email client spam filter does not like the provided name.
