New Refactored OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Recurring Schedules > Active Recurring Report
We're pleased to report an update is now live that enhances (refactors) the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Recurring Schedules Report feature to allow the report to focus purely on recurring totals and dollar amounts. Transactional totals are no longer displayed on the report to avoid confusion. Church administrators looking for transactional history combined with active recurring giving information can use the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Funds Report instead.
The new goal of the recurring schedule report is to provide a breakdown based on the fund of the active recurring giving based on the report criteria and recurring frequency. The enhanced report will now highlight grand total tables with a light-gray background which includes totals for the primary fund and its sub-funds. Under the grand total tables, the report will break down the recurring for each sub-fund.
The new highlighted grant total tables show the total active recurring broken down in recurring frequency (one-time, weekly, monthly, etc) showing both the total scheduled dollar amount and the number of total active schedules.
New Date Range on OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Funds > Fund Report with Active Recurring
We're pleased to report an update is now live on the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Funds > Fund Report with Active Recurring to allow filtering based on a date range. By default, the report will use the current year-to-date range. However, a church administrator may easily overwrite that by using the date range picker at the top of the report.
Updated OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Funds > View Donations Option will Filter by Year-to-Date Range
We've pleased to report an update is now live that updates the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Funds > View Donations for Fund dropdown menu option will now filter donations by the year-to-date range to allow the latest donations for the funder to be quickly displayed. The automatic year-to-date range also allows the new transactional charting to function for filtering by donations from the control panel funds page which will also include projections and previous year comparison lines for multi-year customers. To view the entire history of donations for a fund an administrator may easily remove the date range.
New Ability to Hide OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Donation Chart
An update is now live that adds a smart checkbox under the bottom right of the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Donation Chart feature. The new checkbox can be used to toggle the display of the donation interactive chart. The toggle choice is remembered on the local web browser for that specific machine which allows each individual church administrator to customize the display. For example, a church administrator who does not desire to view the donation chart may uncheck the box and the chart will be hidden. Additionally, the choice to hide the chart will be remembered on that specific device's web browser until the box is checked again or the web browser cache is cleared.
