Feature Updates 07/08/2019
An update is now live that upgrades the Rock RMS migrated user matching. We've updated our user auto-matching algorithm to take advantage of the Rock RMS People Search Term API endpoint in addition to our existing matching features. The Rock RMS People Search Term API endpoint allows our matching algorithm to locate updated Rock RMS People IDs for mergers that had an email change. The update enables automatic Rock RMS Person ID updating from Online Giving even when the email address in Rock RMS is changed. Additionally, the update was able to auto-fix all of your pending Rock RMS donations. No further action is required as all of the pending Rock RMS donations have been recorded.
