New More Friendly Custom-Form Max Submissions / Form Disabled Message:
We're pleased to report an update is now live that updates the handling of custom-forms that have reached max submissions or have been disabled. Specifically, the platform will now display a more friendly event closed or reached max capacity message to the end-user. Additionally, the page will also display a button to allow the end-user to navigate back to the church's main website. The goal of the update is to give the end-user more context as to the reason why the custom-form link is no longer valid/active. Kindly see below for a preview of the update.
Custom Giving Pages: Ability to Force Donor to Pick Fund on each Gift including Multi-Line Donations -
We're pleased to report an update is now live that that allows a church administrator to create/update a custom giving page to force the donor to have to select the fund upon each gift. Additionally, when enabled, any multi-line donations will also require the donor to select the fund. The goal of this feature is to aid with mission trip giving pages (or similar) in which it may not be desirable to auto-select a trip participant for general trip giving. See below for an annotated example of the new setting in the control panel.
Custom Giving Pages: Ability to Hide Gift Picker and Lock in Gift Type -
We're pleased to report an update is now live that allows a church administrator to create/update a custom giving page to lock in a gift type and hide the gift type picker from the donor. The goal of this feature is to allow church admins to create custom giving pages with locked-in gift types such as only one-time giving or similar. You may lock in recurring also. The choice is up to the church. Kindly see below for an annotated example of the new setting in the control panel.
