OnlineGiving.org Mobile App > Optionally Display Head of Household Email/Phone for Minor Group Members.
We're pleased to report a new optional feature is now live for the OnlineGiving.org Mobile Application for MinistryPlatform churches using the My Groups app feature. Church administrators may now request that head of household email and phone information be displayed for minor group members when no email/phone information is present for the minor contact record. The purpose of the optional feature is to have the head of household contact information optionally displayed for group leaders in which one or more minors are members of the group. Kindly note this feature is disabled by default and can be enabled by reaching out to support@onlinegiving.org. Additionally, it's worth noting that the feature requires extra MP REST API queries to obtain the additional head of household information for minors. For this reason, we only recommend enabling this feature if the church has groups of smaller sizes.
