OnlineGiving.org MinistryPlatform Integration > Add Group Participation Duplicate Detection Updated to Take End Date into Account.
We're pleased to report an update is now live to the OnlineGivign.org MinistryPlatform add group participation feature. The add MP group participation feature is designed to prevent duplicates by first checking for the presence of an existing group participation record. If a current record is found, the recording is skipped. We've enhanced the feature to take into account the Group Participation End Date. Moving forward, the integration will allow a new group participation record to be recorded if no existing group participation record is found or a group participation record is found with an end date in the past.
