OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS > New Optional Ability to Customize New Rock Person > Connection Status
We're pleased to report that an update is now live that allows a Rock RMS church to customize the default connection status when OnlineGiving.org creates a new person in Rock. By default, the OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS integration will create new people profiles with a "Web Prospect" connection status. With the update, a church may now request a custom connection status be used instead of the default for new people profiles. Please reach out to support@onlinegiving.org with the desired Rock RMS default Person Connection Status to take advantage of the update.
