Church Metrics are currently in private beta for MinistryPlatform, Rock RMS, and Church Community Builder churches using OnlineGiving.org. We're pleased to announce new Rock RMS Workflow integration with the Online Giving chatbot! Rock RMS churches may now have a chatbot trigger a Rock RMS Workflow and supply that workflow with the conversation data for processing. This allows Rock RMS churches to create interactive text-based chatbot conversations and have those conversations trigger workflows in Rock! Rock RMS workflows process data and perform tasks. Rock RMS churches can now use chatbots to engage their members for things such as baptism sign-ups, contact cards, Christ acceptance, and more!
