Text Giving Special Message Formats for Verizon & Sprint Customers (Previously only Sprint)
We have made an update to address the issue of legitimate text messages being marked as spam by Verizon's AI filtering system. As part of the update, we are now checking the carrier of the phone number before sending out gift receipt messages. If the phone number is linked to a Verizon or Spring network, the software will only send the gift receipt message without including the payment type label (Visa/Mastercard/etc), "refund" option, and "gift recurring" text. This adjustment will help prevent text giving from being incorrectly flagged as spam by Verizon's and Sprint's AI filtering.
