New Optional Setting for Giving Profile Forms (Rock RMS & MinistryPlatform)
Churches using Rock RMS or MinistryPlatform can now request an optional setting to display Contact Information and Password forms directly on the OnlineGiving.org Giving Profile page. By default, these forms are hidden, and users are redirected via Single Sign-On (SSO) when available to manage their profiles in Rock RMS or the MinistryPlatform Portal. This setup ensures that the Church Management System (ChMS) remains the primary source of truth for user information. However, if your church prefers users to update their contact information and password directly on the Giving Profile page—while still syncing with Rock RMS or MinistryPlatform—this new setting can be enabled.
