*New* OnlineGiving.org Text Marketing Auto Responder Opt-Out from One or More Lists Feature
An update is now live that enhances the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Text Marketing > Auto Responder feature with a section for optionally opting out a phone number from one or more lists. The goal of the update was to allow church administrators an easy method to configure keywords that can both add people to phone number lists and opt them out from lists. The new feature can be used to configure special keywords for reconfiguring the mobile phone number subscription preferences.

OnlineGiving.org Text Marketing Auto Responder Add Phone to List Feature Functionality Changed
An update is now live that changes the functionality of the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Text Marketing > Auto Responder feature to allow an opted-out phone number on the list to be activated. Before the update, the feature would only add a new phone number (not opted out) to the selected phone number lists. The integration action can now add a new phone number or activate a previously opted-out phone number.
OnlineGiving.org Custom Forms Add Phone to List Action Functionality Changed

An update is now live that upgrades the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Text Marketing > Chatbot > Actions feature with a new action for conditionally opting out a phone number from a phone number list. The feature's goal is to allow church administrators to conditionally unsubscribe a phone number from a list based on a chatbot conversation. The feature is in addition to the existing "add phone to list" action. Church administrators may now conditionally subscribe and unsubscribe phone numbers from chatbot conversations to phone number lists.

An update is now live that enhances the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Text Marketing > Send Mass Text Message feature with the addition of two new recurring frequencies; Daily and Weekday.
