We’re excited to introduce the next phase of Ministry AI: Executive Summary & Strategic Insights for your Donation Reports. This beta feature delivers instant, AI-powered analysis of your donation data, helping ministry leaders make sense of giving patterns without combing through rows of charts and tables.
When you generate a Donation Report in the Control Panel, Ministry AI automatically processes the visible charts and statistics and creates a professional, ministry-focused executive summary—designed to help your leadership team quickly understand both financial health and donor engagement.

Just like the recurring giving AI insights, this new tool is purpose-built to turn complex giving data into a clear, mission-focused narrative. It provides pastors, finance teams, and stewardship leaders with actionable insights that align financial trends with ministry goals.
What You May See in Each Summary

Executive Overview – a concise narrative covering overall donation health for the selected reporting period, framed by the Report Criteria filters you’ve applied.

Key Performance Indicators – total donations, gift counts, average gift size, one-time vs. recurring mix, and donor contribution patterns.

Donor Engagement Analysis – new vs. existing donor behavior, average gift insights, and engagement trajectories.

Fund Performance Insights – top-performing funds, distribution balance, and opportunities for improved donor engagement.

Temporal Patterns & Trends – weekly giving peaks, seasonal trends, and consistency analysis.

How to Use It

Go to Control Panel > Donations

Select desired filters and click View Report to generate your report

Once the data loads, Ministry AI will create a tailored executive summary at the top of your report
