OnlineGiving.org Ministry AI Executive Reports – Major Enhancements for Large Reports

We are pleased to announce a significant upgrade to the OnlineGiving.org Ministry AI Executive Report, designed to deliver greater stability, reliability, and scalability for ministries working with very large amounts of data.

Why This Matters

In the past, churches generating larger or more complex Ministry AI Executive Reports—such as multi-campus analyses or reports covering extended date ranges—often encountered browser timeouts after just 1–2 minutes. These interruptions disrupted the reporting process and limited the ability to fully utilize the Ministry AI platform for strategic decision-making.

With this update, reports now run in the background with up to five minutes of processing time, ensuring that even the most complex and data-heavy reports can complete reliably. This allows ministries to confidently generate detailed insights without worrying about browser limitations or unexpected timeouts.

  All Ministry AI Executive Reports now run in the background, removing browser timeouts and ensuring that even the largest reports finish successfully.

• Automatic Report Delivery
  The system actively monitors progress and displays the report as soon as it is ready.

• Smarter Ministry AI Models
  Internal prompt handling has been improved, with up to 50% compression compared to prior versions. This optimization allows more data to be analyzed in each report, enabling deeper and longer-range insights.

• Expanded Processing Capacity
  Our Ministry AI throughput resources have been increased eightfold. This means more reports can be generated simultaneously in real time, without delays or bottlenecks.

• Continued Efficiency Through Caching
  As before, all reports are cached based on their filters and parameters. Re-running the same report will be faster and require fewer resources.
