*New* OnlineGiving.org Control Panel Know Your Customer (KYC) Interactive Map for Transactions
We're pleased to report an update is now live that adds a custom interactive map to the view transaction display. The new know your customer (KYC) map allows church administrators to visualize the distance between the user's network location when completing the transaction against the user-provided mailing/billing address. It's important to note the KYC map is only available for transactions submitted by users and not for scheduled recurring transactions processed by our system without the user being present. The update aims to allow quick visualization of the KYC geolocation data that OnlineGiving.org already tracks internally, which can be helpful for investigating transactions.
