OnlineGiving.org > Rock RMS > Process4Change (NMI) Gateway Tokenization Key Required for Rock RMS Latest Version

The latest version of Rock RMS now supports the Process4Change (NMI) gateway tokenization key in the Rock RMS gateway settings. The Process4Change (NMI) gateway has supported this feature since its creation by NMI years ago. In upcoming releases of Rock RMS, the gateway settings will start requiring the gateway configuration to have an NMI Tokenization Key.

Fortunately, the process is very straightforward and can quickly be performed by our support team as a courtesy to any OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS customer. We recommend any Rock RMS church that plans on upgrading Rock RMS in the near future, please reach out to support@onlinegiving.org and ask for the NMI Tokenization Key to be configured for their Rock RMS Process4Change (NMI) gateway.

Rock RMS recently published an article titled "Ending Support for Legacy Financial Gateways," which documents the upcoming "NMI Tokenization Key" requirement. In our opinion, the article name could cause confusion as it's simply informing Rock RMS churches that the NMI Tokenization Key" feature will be required in future releases, which is simply an additional configuration setup.

Did you Know? The Process4Change (NMI) gateway is the same as the NMI gateway when referenced in the Rock RMS documentation. Any NMI feature in Rock RMS documentation is also supported by the Process4Change (NMI) gateway.
