NEW OnlineGiving.org > Control Panel > Donations > Virtual Terminal Enhancements
We're pleased to report an update is now live that enhances the OnlineGiving.org > Control Panel > Virtual Terminal with a broader search algorithm, which will include more search results with partial matches on search information. Organizational name has been added to the search fields, allowing church administrators to search by organization name. When an organization name is provided in the search information, and the search results contain a profile match that does not have an organization, a warning message is displayed in that search results row to warn the administrator. Finally, we've upgraded the virtual terminal "create new donor" feature to allow new donor creation even when search results are found and to allow an organization name to be provided for the new donor (when applicable).
