Chatbot Builder: Update to Pledge Integration Action
We're pleased to announce an update to the OnlineGiving.org Chatbot Builder. The "Create Pledge" integration action now supports flexible wording options for the pledge amount input parameter.
- What's New: You can now choose between "Total Pledge" or "Total Commitment" when naming the pledge amount input parameter (question). This flexibility allows church administrators to select the term that best fits their ministry's language and culture.
- Why It Matters: The total pledge is a critical part of the integration action as it ensures accurate recording of user commitments in your Church Management System (ChMS). By allowing the optional use of "Total Commitment" instead of "Total Pledge", administrators have more control over the language used, making the platform more adaptable to individual church preferences.
